HONDA B SERIES FWD FINAL DRIVE
Dodson Honda B Series FWD Final Drive
The DMS-5346 is a billet Honda B Series final drive built to fix a known weak point in the OE gear geometry. That weakness commonly fails in high-end drag racing. Dodson redesigned the gear form to hold up under extreme torque.
The set runs a 4.2:1 ratio in a 14/59 tooth count and includes both the pinion output shaft and the crown wheel.
Features
4.2:1 ratio, 14/59 tooth count
Includes pinion output shaft and crown wheel
Machined from billet high-strength chrome nickel alloy steel
Precision-ground gear flanks for smooth meshing
Ground finish eliminates stress concentrations
Optimized gear tooth profile and helix geometry
Maximized flank contact for strength and long-term durability
35T hub spline, compatible with prominent aftermarket gearsets
Compatible with all FWD B Series models
Built for retrofits
The DMS-5346 runs a 35T hub spline. That matches the prominent aftermarket gearsets already in the market, so the set drops into existing builds without a full gearbox change.
Manufacturing
Dodson manufactures in small batches in its own plants. That keeps strict control over production parameters and allows fast design changes when testing calls for them.
Vehicle compatibility
All FWD Honda B Series applications. Confirm your gearbox and gearset before ordering.
